1. How will my package be shipped?

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Laurela.com ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers. Most of the Standard Shipping Orders are shipped via UPS. If you perfer any other carrier, we can accomodate you. For that, after you place your order, simply email your request at customerservice@laurela.com and include your order number in the subject line.

2. When will my package be shipped?

All orders are shipped/delivered only Monday – Friday. Delivery estimates do not include
holidays or weekends.

All orders with the "Standard" Shipping Method selected at the time when order was placed, will be shipped the next business day from the day when the order was placed.

All orders with the "2nd Business Day" Shipping Method selected at the time when order was placed, will be shipped the same day when the order was placed if the order was placed before 12:00 pm EST. If the order was placed after 12:00 pm EST, it will be shipped next business day from the day when the order was placed.

All orders with the "Overnight" Shipping Method selected at the time when order was placed, will be shipped the same day when the order was placed if the order was placed before 12:00 pm EST. If the order was placed after 12:00 pm EST, it will be shipped next business day from the day when the order was placed.

3. What are your Shipping Rates?

Please see Shipping Rates section for more information on our shipping rates. You may track your order on our website by clicking the Order Status link on the bottom of each page and then following the instructions.


4. Is my package insured?

Laurela.com guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund, an exchange or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Sales and Service Team via email at customerservice@laurela.com
