Exchanging Items by Mail

At Laurela.com, you can exchange the same item in a different color or size FREE of additional shipping charge when exchange merchandise is shipped to you. You are still responsible for return shipping fees during an exchange process.

To get an exchange, please contact our Customer Service at (888) 265 9192 or customerservice@laurela.com within 30 days of receipt of the package. We limit the number of exchanges for the same item to one (1). If you received exchange item(s), but are still unhappy with your purchase, we will refund you for the item(s) cost, minus Shipping Fees (Estimate Shipping Fee for the original order (if applicable), Return Shipping Fee (during Exchange), Exchange Shipping Fee and Final Return Shipping Fee). 

*Since the same item in a different color or size might have a different price, when you exchange items, the prices and special offers are subject to recalculation.

Please follow these easy steps to exchange your merchandise by Mail:

1. Email customerservice@laurela.com to request RMA and Return Shipping Label. If you request a Return Shipping Label from Laurela.com during Exchange or Return process, we will charge your credit card for the cost of the Return Shipping Label. (As an alternative, you may choose to use a shipping carrier of your choice to return merchandise to laurela.com. In that case, we strongly recommend that you insure your package for the original purchase value, in case it is lost in transit.)

*If you use our Return Shipping Label during mail exchange process, we will charge your credit card for  the return shipping and handling fee.

2. We will purchase the Return Shipping Label for you and email you the link to the UPS website, where you can retrieve and print out your return label.

3. Complete the Exchange Form that was sent to you with your original purchase and include it with the item(s) you are exchanging.

4. Pack item(s) safely for shipping in the original box and affix the return shipping label.

5. Drop off your package at any UPS store or drop box. For the closest UPS drop-off location, call 1-800-PICK-UPS. We cover the insurance only when we provide you with the return shipping label. If you ship items back to us on your own, you are responsible for insuring the package, so that you could recover your money from the shipping carrier in case the package gets lost in transit.

* The items must be returned in the original condition:

   - all labels and protective garment liners attached;
   - item packaging intact;
   - items undamaged.


6. Once we receive the merchandise back, we will send you the exchange items FREE of shipping charge to you.

By Phone (Speed Exchange Option) - FREE

For the fastest possible service, take advantage of our Speed Exchange Option. You can request your replacement item(s) over the phone by calling our Customer Service at (888) 265-9192. We will charge your credit card at the time we ship your new merchandise and we will credit your card upon receipt of the exchange. Please remember to check the "Speed Exchange" box, if you use this option.

*If you use our Return Shipping Label during phone exchange process, the return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your credit or refund.


Easy Returns

By Mail

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and do not want to exchange the item(s) for a different size or color, you may return them within 30 days of receipt of the package. All you need to do is complete the Return Form included with your original purchase and follow steps 1 through 5 listed above.

6. Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will process the refund.

   *If you use our Return Shipping Label, the return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your credit or refund.
   *Please note that returning (an) item(s) may no longer qualify your order for special offers or promotions that were originally applied to it, such as, for example, free shipping and/or discounts. So, when you return items, the prices and special offers are subject to recalculation and deduction from your credit or refund.

Example: You placed and order at laurela.com with the Merchandise sub-total of $150.00, which made your order qualify for a Free Standard Shipping (on orders of $100 or more) promotion going on at the time. Scenario (a): you decided  to return an item from that order that costs $50.00. After returning that item, the Merchandise sub-total of your original order was brought down to $100, which still qualifies you for the Free Shipping promo applied to your original order. So, no Estimate Shipping Fee for the original order will be deducted from your refund. Scenario (b): you returned an item that costs $100, After returning that item, the Merchandise sub-total of your original order was reduced to $50, which means that your original order no longer qualifies for the Free Shipping promo applied to it before. Hence, the Estimate Shipping Fee for the original order will be deducted from your refund.  

If your original purchase was by credit card, your returned merchandise will be credited to the card used for the purchase. If you paid by gift certificate, you will receive a merchandise credit.

When you mail your item(s) using the pre-paid RETURN LABEL, we will simply deduct a return postage fee from your order refund for return postage. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to ship via insured service option and use the address listed on our Packing Slip, included with your order: Customer Service, Laurela Inc., 8813 17th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11214.

If you do not use the pre-paid return label, the return fee will not be deducted from your return. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
