Agent Provocateur is a brand that every woman loves to wear. It is one of the sexiest lingerie brands and we actually wait for the new collections. After a lot of wait, last night, they launched their new premium line in New York. And seriously like every other time this time too they managed to create the most beautiful lingerie collection. The designs were ultimate. They included the laces, bow neck-ties, nipple covers, cup-less bras and everything that you would probably look for in an elegant brand. I really don’t know how to react on this one. Glow in the dark lingerie? Well, designer Jan Hawley tried to be very innovative with it but I don’t think anyone would prefer it. As in no one would want to glow under the sheets. What I feel is that the normal pair of laced lingerie is prettier than the glowing one. But this would be a nice take for Halloween. High Intensity Interval Training

When doing HIIT, the important thing is that you are really working yourself during the intense part. You should only be able to do this type of workout for about 30 minutes.

Weight Training
An exercise routine for women to lose weight fast in a gym should include a weight training program. Building muscle helps you to lose weight, because muscle burns additional calories. Don’t be intimidated by the weight machines. Schedule gym time to focus on muscle building exercises.

Changing Workouts to Prevent Plateauing

To prevent this from happening, change your workouts periodically. For example, you may want to do one type of exercise for 6 weeks, then switch to a different type. Alternatively, you can simply do different exercises every day of the week.

How to choose color and detailing
Just last year all designers were unanimous that red and black are the perfect colors for lingerie and they and only they were sexy. Now everything has changed. There is such a variety of tones that you can choose whatever looks great for you. And it’s really difficult to say which colors are the best.

And now there are some tips:

- There are no unsexy colors or sexy ones. Everything depends on the person. So, don’t be afraid of experiments.

- Be careful with red. Dark shade close to burgundy will make you look older while scarlet can be vulgar.
