At Laurela.com, you can return all garments (unless otherwise indicated) for a refund within 30 days from the date that the merchandise was delivered to you. All authorized returns that meet Laurela.com Returns & Exchanges Policy guidelines will result in refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Please follow these easy steps to return your merchandise to Laurela.com:

1. Email customerservice@laurela.com to request a Return Merchandies Authorization (RMA). In the email, please include:

     - your order number in the subject line;
     - item name(s), number(s) and return reason for each item that you wish to return.

2. In the same email that you send to Laurela.com Customer Service requesting an RMA, you may also request our pre-paid Return Shipping Label. We normally use UPS for all shipping services, so the pre-paid Return Shipping Label will be from the UPS. If we provide you with the Return Shipping Label, the Return Shipping Label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, you may select a shipping carrier of your choice to return merchandise to Laurela.com. In that case, please indicate in your email that you would like to go with the second option. If you choose to use a shipping carrier of your choice to return merchandise to laurela.com, we strongly recommend that you insure your package for the original purchase value, in case it is lost or damaged in transit.

3. If you request a Return Shipping Label from Laurela.com, we will email you the link to the UPS website, where you can retrieve and print out your return label.

4. Complete the Return Form that was sent to you with your original purchase and include it with the item(s) you are exchanging.

5. Pack item(s) safely for shipping in the original box and affix the return shipping label.

6. Drop off your package at any UPS store or drop box. For the closest UPS drop-off location, call 1-800-PICK-UPS. We cover the insurance only when we provide you with the return shipping label. If you ship items back to us on your own, you are responsible for insuring the package, so that you could recover your money from the shipping carrier in case the package gets lost in transit.

* The items must be returned in the original condition:

   - all labels and protective garment liners attached;
   - item packaging intact;
   - items undamaged.


7.  Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will process the refund.

   *If you use our Return Shipping Label, the return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your credit or refund.
   *Please note that returning (an) item(s) may no longer qualify your order for special offers or promotions that were originally applied to it, such as, for example, free shipping and/or discounts. So, when you return items, the prices and special offers are subject to recalculation and deduction from your credit or refund.

Example: You placed and order at laurela.com with the Merchandise sub-total of $150.00, which made your order qualify for a Free Standard Shipping (on orders of $100 or more) promotion going on at the time. Scenario (a): you decided  to return an item from that order that costs $50.00. After returning that item, the Merchandise sub-total of your original order was brought down to $100, which still qualifies you for the Free Shipping promo applied to your original order. So, no Estimate Shipping Fee for the original order will be deducted from your refund. Scenario (b): you returned an item that costs $100, After returning that item, the Merchandise sub-total of your original order was reduced to $50, which means that your original order no longer qualifies for the Free Shipping promo applied to it before. Hence, the Estimate Shipping Fee for the original order will be deducted from your refund.  

If your original purchase was by credit card, your returned merchandise will be credited to the card used for the purchase. If you paid by gift certificate, you will receive a merchandise credit.

When you mail your item(s) using the pre-paid RETURN LABEL, we will simply deduct a return postage fee from your order refund for return postage. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to ship via insured service option and use the address listed on our Packing Slip, included with your order: Customer Service, Laurela Inc., 8813 17th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11214.

If you do not use the pre-paid return label, the return fee will not be deducted from your return. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
